It was taken by CdZnTeSe planar detector with 10x10x2 mm3 size. The detector thickness was not enough to interact with 300 keV photons so their count is very low compared to low energy gamma spectra of 31 and 81 keV. It is surprising in large counts scale, high energy spectra does not appear at all but typical spectra of Ba-133 is still exist.
